Participants

It’s known that some of them are:

Independent organizations or clubs, whose business is a wide range of paraphenomenological aspects or something similar.
Participant registration is possible only if it is approved by the site admin.
Participants are allowed to upload their own news, articles etc on their page.
Some other users can be posted on the participant’s page in the cases when they are related to the participant. Participant is allowed to ban them from his space.

Any registered metaportal user can register as a participant. When registration is finished new participant gets the rights to manage his own page.

Trusted participants are upload to upload their own news, and materials on the main page of the site.

News

All the news is organized in a similar manner:

General Section → End Link. By clicking a general section you get to the files related to the topic. By clicking an end link you get to the exact material with its description.

Example: Books (we get to all books) → Conversations of the Superconscious (we get to this book with its expanded description).

Remember the main rule please: if something is underlined it can and must be clicked!

Number of comments shows how many comments each news item has gained.

(+3) – shows that there are three new comments came since your last connection.

Events

Here you find different events such as conferences, congresses and etc.

Paid/subscription materials

Each file that has a special sign - , is a paid file.

The price of the monthly membership icludes most materials.

By clicking such a material you get to its page. You won’t be able to see the file until you pay for the access.

If you haven’t added money to your account yet, then you will see the message:

“These are the paid files there is not enough money in your account to cover the expense.
Please add money to the account.”

Following the “Add money to account” you will get to the page of your own account where three big buttons available.

By clicking these buttons the relevant topics will be opened or closed. Let’s consider it in details.

If you have a credit card you can credit the monthly membership by clicking the following link.

This button gives you an opportunity to pay the membership for foreign citizens. Right column shows you the history of operations you’ve made with your account. If you haven’t added money to the account yet then you see a “History is empty” message.

Comments

All the Metaportal comments are published only if verified by the admin staff.

Number of comment shows how many opinions were written concerning the published article.

The(+3) – denotes that you have 3 comments have been added since your last visit.

Favorites

If you are an authorized user at the bottom of any page you will find a button. This button allows you quick access to the chosen materials.

How does it work?

You need to log in or register if you haven’t done it yet.
Move to the chosen page you want to save.
Click the Favorites button at the bottom of the page.
You will see the massage: “Page added to favorites.”.
To see where exactly your page is go to the your profile page via the link at your name which is located in the top right corner of the screen:

Pages added to favorites are located at your profile page:

Selected pages are shown as a continuous list in the order you add them.
You can make a selection from among these pages by using the list of the first field separately: by books, articles, learning files, audio, video files or events.
In similar manner you can view pages with your own comments, by choosing in the list of the second field the spot: “My comments”.

This way you’re able to navigate in desired files and track your correspondence with other users and comments feed.

Notes

You can post your notes and articles to your profile page. Your notes is your own diary or blog which you can use to write your observations, impressions on sessions you visited and any other information which you want to share with others.

Viewing of your blog is available through the “Notes” tab on your profile page.

Other users can read your notes and leave their comments.

Viewing of the Notes of all users is available through the page People and the Notes tab.

Order an event

Right column of the main page includes the “Order an event” Block. Here you can order workshops or lectures on the desired topic and organize meetings for this event. To get it you should:

Log in to the site.
In the “Order an event” block click the “I want a seminar” button
Fill in the fields of the application form (topic of a workshop, type of workshop, proposed date and proposed price). Please pay attention to the “Additional information” field. In it you should describe the desired workshop very precisely, so other users will get interested.
You will see the note “Event will be published after approval by admin”. If it is approved it appears as event on the main page.

Once an event is published you can change the details etc only after receiving the admin’s approval.

Now other users are able to comment the upcoming event and join it if they want by clicking the button “Join participants”.

When the group is organized, the organizer person who created the event has to contact the admin, after which final arrangement should be agreed. Information about the event will appear on the “Studies” page.

User profile

To move to your personal profile page please click your name at the top right corner of the screen:

On your page you can edit your profile. You need to click the link “Edit profile”. By clicking it you are redirected to your application form with information about you: name, sex, occupation, etc. The asterisk * indicates fields that are required.

Please be sure to fill in the required fields properly. For example, you need to use capital letters when spelling first letters of your name, besides you should not use caps lock for the whole name

If you don’t want search engines be able to track your record please check the box next to “Do not allow search engines to index my page”.
