Online-course “Biosensory self-healing, self-regulation. Restoration of strength and health” consists of 8 classes. The duration of each lesson is 2 hours.

In a Programme: 

• Practical biosensorics;
• Saturation and interaction with the elements;
• Interaction with space – cleansing, flashing, including at a distance;
• Biosensory approaches to self-recovery and healing;
• Biosensory complex “Joint warm-up”
• Breathing psycho-practices;
• Activation of energy chakras, channels and meridians;
• Biosensory massage of internal organs and systems;
• Practice of energy saturation through glowing, breathing, and through the skin.

One to two sessions per month will be devoted to educational discussions on the subject of the course.
